Peter is an expert on the apprenticeship reform agenda and is able to advise on all operational and quality assurance aspects of the new apprenticeship levy - as well as providing levy compatible leadership and management training programmes for first-time & senior managers.
Previously MD at Avanta, a large employment service and skills provider for DWP and SFA and then as MD of System Training - Peter has secured two Ofsted grade 2 ratings.
Currently MD of BlackRock Training, Peter is a qualified accountant,
holds an MBA from Cass Business School and is a Chartered Director
with Fellowship status at IOD.
